Join Brookelin Barnhill for a 90-minute journey designed to help you slow down, let go, and realign with your truest self.
We’ll begin with gentle journal prompts to open your heart and mind, followed by grounding into conscious connected breathwork set to a curated playlist. As you move through the breath, you’ll be supported with Reiki to deepen your release and amplify your healing.
Once the breathwork is complete, settle into full rest and receive the vibrations of a soothing sound bath, allowing the frequencies to integrate your experience on a cellular level.
This is your space to clear what’s heavy, expand your capacity to receive, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

FAQ:
What is Conscious connected breathwork?
Circular breathwork, known as conscious connected breathing, is a rhythmic breathing technique where you breathe in and out continuously without pausing between the inhale and exhale. This creates a flowing, breath pattern that increases oxygen intake & clears stagnant energy.
What to bring?
journal, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (like a blanket or 2 for breathwork and an eye pillow if you have)
Anything I need to do to prep?
Come with an EMPTY BELLY for breathwork. Please have your stomach clear of food for at least an hour before the session, this will make it a lot easier to breathe. Remember to also stay hydrated!
Will there be music?
Absolutely! Each session has a custom playlist designed for you to go inwards and move upwards. For the resting phase of the session sound bowls, drums, chimes and Tibetan bowls will be played.
Will I feel effects?
After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path. Breathwork is different for everyone every time.
Are there any cautions I should be aware of?
Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Okay to do while pregnant?
While I don’t recommend the three-part breath during pregnancy, I’ve had many pregnant clients attend my sessions using a gentler, modified breath. If you’re expecting and interested in joining, please reach out - I’ll guide you through a safe and supportive option, breathewithbrookelin@gmail.com
