Psychedelic Therapy

Psychedelic therapy represents a paradigm shift in mental health treatment, offering holistic healing that integrates the psychological, spiritual, and divine dimensions of human experience. These therapeutic modalities hold promise in addressing various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse disorders, and trauma-related issues. They can help change the way we see and experience ourselves, the world around us, as well as our past, present and future.

Unlike traditional psychiatric medications, psychedelics appear to work through distinct mechanisms that help rewire our brains to help our minds begin to function differently. The experiences in medicine are sometimes calm and underwhelming and they are also sometimes deep and profound. Regardless of what happens during the session, the alteration in brain function can lead to profound shifts in perception and cognition, enabling individuals to gain new insights into their struggles and challenges.

While further research and integration into mainstream healthcare are ongoing, the potential of psychedelic therapy to catalyze profound personal transformation and societal well-being is increasingly recognized and embraced more and more with each day that passes.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a unique approach to mental health treatment by incorporating the careful administration of ketamine with psychotherapy. It involves the combined care of a medical provider and a KAP trained psychotherapist.

Ketamine has been used in the medical field for several decades. It is a safe when taken as prescribed.

KAP can involves engaging in supportive dialogue in individual or couples therapy. At higher doses, clients usually wear and eye mask and enjoy gentle guidance through music. These settings can facilitate profound emotional processing and personal growth.

Studies and clinical trials have demonstrated the efficacy of ketamine in providing relief for people with mental health struggles. It sometimes results in relief of symptoms in as few as 1-6 session.

It also provides the opportunity to participate in psychotherapy in a newer, calmer, or deeper way.

Some clients experience a profound mystical experience while on Ketamine.

Ketamine is a beautiful medicine in that it can support often quick medical relief of mental health symptoms, as well as a deeper spiritual experience.

Psilocybin Assisted Therapy

Psilocybin-assisted therapy combines controlled doses of the psychedelic psilocybin mushrooms with psychotherapy to facilitate deep introspection and emotional processing.

Under the careful watch of a trained guide, individuals experience altered states of consciousness, potentially leading to deep psychological healing and personal growth. Individuals have the opportunity to delve into the depths of their psyche, confronting unresolved traumas, fears, and limiting beliefs.

Research suggests it may be effective in treating conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. It is also a wonderful tool for spiritual exploration, deeper understanding of self, increased self love, empathy for others and greater understanding of the mysteries of life.

Mushroom journeys often lead to emotional catharsis, personal insights, and transformative healing experiences, paving the way for greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and psychological growth.

Mushrooms are a wonderful natural medicine from the earth.

Group ceremonies

Group psychedelic journeys offer a unique array of benefits that extend beyond individual experiences. Through participating in a group setting, individuals cultivate a profound sense of connection and support, fostering camaraderie and solidarity among participants. This shared experience facilitates emotional validation and a sense of belonging, particularly during challenging moments of the journey.By engaging in group psychedelic journeys, individuals also contribute to reducing stigma surrounding psychedelics and mental health, fostering open dialogue and community support.

Moreover, group discussions before and after the psychedelic experience enable the exchange of diverse perspectives, insights, and interpretations, enriching each participant's understanding and deepening the insights gained. As participants navigate their individual journeys, the collective energy and intention of the group often amplify healing processes, promoting emotional release and a heightened sense of interconnectedness.

Guides will also offer ongoing support and resources that ensure the experience contributes positively to personal growth and well-being.

It is essential to recognize that psychedelic-assisted therapy is not a standalone solution and it is not for everyone.

It does allow for tailored treatment plans that account for each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

If you're struggling with mental health challenges and seeking a novel therapeutic approach, or if you are simply wanting to grow and expand, ketamine-assisted therapy or psilocybin assisted therapy could offer a pathway towards healing and transformation.

How does this work, legally?

Ketamine is completely legal. It is a very old and very safe medicine.

Last November 2022, the people of Colorado made a significant decision by approving Proposition 122.

This milestone indicates that following the state's completion of regulations for accredited healing centers and practitioners, therapeutic services involving psilocybin will become legally accessible throughout Colorado.

The immediate effect of Proposition 122 includes the decriminalization of personal psilocybin use. This signifies that individuals can now possess, consume, distribute, or gift psilocybin mushrooms to those aged 21 and above without facing criminal charges, provided no monetary transactions are involved.

Certification programs are currently being developed in 2024.
