Join us for 75 minutes of meaningful connection, gentle movement, and deep rest at Wildglow Collective on Thursday, July 23, at 7pm.
We'll begin with 15 minutes to settle in, enjoy a cup of tea, and connect with others in the community. From there, Marin will guide you through 15 minutes of gentle, accessible movement to help release tension and prepare the body for stillness. The practice will conclude with a 30–35 minute guided Yoga Nidra—a restorative meditation often described as "yogic sleep"—designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and cultivate a deep sense of grounding and ease.
No yoga experience is necessary! This practice is appropriate for all bodies and abilities. Tea and all yoga props will be provided.

Marin Campbell, PT, DPT, RYT-200, NMIT is a holistic physical therapist, yoga teacher, and licensed natural medicine facilitator whose work integrates nervous system regulation, movement, somatic awareness, and restorative practices. She creates accessible, trauma-informed spaces that help people reconnect with their bodies, cultivate resilience, and experience the healing power of rest.
